Recruiterflow is an operating system for staffing & recruiting agencies - comprising of applicant tracking, recruiting CRM, email sequences & recruiting automation - everything you need to grow!
Internal hiring teams in the US & Canada. Not best suited for staffing firms. Leading hiring platform for healthcare, prof services, scientific, tech, manufacturing, food delivery, and hospitality.
I like how simple RF's platform is - I also love the ability to view candidates within the job and see their stages. The candidate view is also great.
Sometimes the page disappears and I have to keep renewing it, that is a downside that needs to be worked on.
Fantastic product that was perfect when we set up and has grown and developed as we have.
This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used. Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky.
World class customer service, easy to use, intuitive, easy for candidates to apply, easy to track applications, easy to set up automations, easy integrations to post jobs, love it and recommend it.
Limited integration with modern productivity tools.
The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.
No mobile app which makes it difficult to use on the go. However one cannot complain much given the price at which they offer the solution.
They are very responsive, fair, eager to help and always solution oriented. The system has done so much for making our hiring process and reporting data more efficient and valuable across our network.
We switched to ADP and it was horrible. We decided to switch back to Applicant Stack.
ApplicantStack has been very effective in finding good quality people. It is easy to use and we get many new employees off of here.
I also own two businesses. It is odd to me that in one business the cost is $30 more a month than the other one for some reason.
Overall, it is effective applicant software with amazing customer service. Its great for the price and does what we need it to.
I wish I had some applicant stack gear, sometimes we may have some small technical errors when the system shuts down but who doesn't, if it does its back up in no time.
Easy for all ability levels to on-board to. The customization ability to our needs helps and we are able to change it immediately if need be.
I found it a little frustrating when I posted a job in the site and Indeed.com would not post as they required more detail.
Trevor S.: Hi, my name's Trevor and I'm the lead recruiter and founder of Angeleno Recruiting. And I use Recruiterflow. I love the product so much that I give it a five out of five. Before Recruiterflow, I was literally using a Google sheet to track all of this and moved over to Airtable, and then from there it wasn't enough. I needed something more robust. I needed something that I could make customizable for my needs, my industry and Recruiterflow was that answer. I really loved it. I chose Recruiterflow mostly because one, the salesperson was really great. They were very helpful, very transparent, made it very easy for me to be part of understanding what the value was. Additionally, as I dove into other platforms, I really just felt like Recruiterflow was the most customizable type of platform for a CRM and ATS. And for my industry being within the creative advertising and marketing world, there's a lot of different roles, a lot of different disciplines that need that type of customization to find those roles. And Recruiterflow did that. Additionally, I found their campaign sequencing through multiple emails really made it successful for me to reach these candidates, make sure that they didn't miss my outreach, and ultimately be able to integrate in with other tools like Calendly to make that opportunity for that individual and me reaching that individual very easy and being able to import all that information into Recruiterflow. It was a great experience. So getting started with Recruiterflow was amazing, very easy, simple to use, very intuitive. There were other products I was using and trying out that really just didn't work in the same way. Sure, they had a lot of customization, but it wasn't intuitive and that's what I really appreciate about Recruiterflow. Additionally, their user guides and their onboarding documentation was just super helpful, straightforward, and easy to use. And in addition to that, I had support within a few hours to be able to answer any questions and they just made it easy for me. So it was very quick. And even as I'm continuing to use this over multiple years, I'm continuing to see the improvements and it's really just great. If I were to recommend this to somebody, I would just say it's a great tool. I found it very easy to work with that if you're really looking for something that works for your needs, your experience, and really is a visually captivating type of tool to work with. So you're always enjoying working within the product versus something that can feel like an Excel sheet where there's not much to look at. This really gets you captivated. There's a lot of fun in it, and it's funny saying it's fun, but I really do enjoy it and it's a tool that I work in every single day. So I think for the price it's at, it's very valuable.
Mark K.: Hi, my name is Mark. I'm a lead generator. I give Applicant Stack a five out of five. For more reviews like this, please click below. We use Applicant Stack to track the incoming applicants and candidates from the start of the application process all the way through hiring or the do not pursue phase. One of my absolute favorite things about Applicant Stack is A, how customizable it is and also how intuitive it is. We bring on a ton of different new people. We're a very, very large company. So the fact that it is simple to use and pretty intuitive is a major benefit to us as well as the reporting is very beneficial. So we can draw up pretty much any type of report and call any type of data that we can imagine. So it is a very, very versatile product. The one thing I wish I could change about Applicant Stack, and again, this may be a use your error type thing, but is the exporting of the reports. There's other programs out there that export the data already in a nice, neat, pretty picture. Whereas once you export the data out of Applicant Stack, at least in my experience, you have to manipulate it in order to get the graphs and the charts that you want.
