KALPA PDMS vs CEIPAL ATS: Which is a better fit?

The sales reps and support staff have been very responsive and helpful. I would appreciate some helpful one-pagers with how to's for staff and administrators.

If you hate your employees and want to make them miserable, use Kalpa.

We realized that savings, provided our end users a much more simple and robust solution and advanced our capabilities.

If an employee loses his or her password (or the system chooses not to recognize it...), that employee has no convenient way of retrieving his or her password without jumping through many hoops.

We have been very pleased with our KALPA experience. There is always someone willing to help you with any issues that may occur and have always gotten a quick response.

One that I can think of is that it is a little tricky to map out PD courses that take place for several days in a row versus one period of time on a single day.

The sales staff has been great and willing to help when needed. We keep digging in to what KALPA can do for us, and come up with new ideas.

There is a very important feature missing from Kalpa.

Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.

Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.

Equipped with automated features, refined search capabilities, and seamless integrations, it increases productivity and helps pinpoint top candidates.

The software has bugs and sometimes we encounter errors, also there are some features that are hard to use.

I started using this ATS when I was with my previous employer and I'm glad that my current employer also uses Ceipal. Its very user friendly and their customer service is very quick & good.

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Overall, our experience with CEIPAL ATS has been positive, and we would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable and comprehensive applicant tracking system.
