Jackrabbit Care vs Xplor Education: Which is a better fit?

The best thing about the product is loading families and keeping records overall I have enjoyed this product, I love the ability to track payments, shot records etc.

I'm not sure what their uptime is, but maybe once or twice a year, there will be a server outage. This can be inconvenient as we use the software to run the entire music school.

On top of all of the excellent features which far outweigh the issues we have had, Jackrabbit's customer service has been amazing.

There are so many options to customize, that it can be difficult to find the data you want. E.g. one drop down menu has the wrong option selected, so you get no results.).

Jackrabbitt customer support is absolutely AMAZING. This is the best part of us using their system.

Parents complain about the statements and how they read. They find it difficult even if I put in a specific date.

Overall, Jackrabbit Care is excellent and we would highly recommend it.

The amount of useless categories is overwhelming and completely unnecessary.

I really liked using Xplor and as mentioned above found the software easy to use and they provided great customer service. Overall I was very happy.

Frustrated that it’s no longer one email received with all information provided on what kids did, what they ate and some photos.

I love the ease of access to the software and support given. My families love the ability to sign in and out from their devices as well as the notifications on programming, health etc.

Parents have lost notifications as well as not being able to consitently see what is happening with their children's day (not being able to see all photos etc).

Quick and easy to post high quality photos and videos and ability to share so much with families about their children and their interests, experiences and being in the moment.

If we need to contact a parent because their child is unwell or they have had an accident the only number we can quickly access is their mobile number.

They take improvement suggestions on board and make it happen. Amazing customer support and commitment from the team.

I haven’t seen any activities done by my child in their observations never display anything. And the links are so confusing.
