WebinarJam vs vidiv: Which is a better fit?

Trish: Hi, I'm Trish, head of marketing. My company is a healthcare company, small business, and I give WebinarJam four stars. Prior to using WebinarJam, we were using Zoom webinars almost exclusively to communicate and hold webinars with our prospective patients. The reasons that we chose WebinarJam is that we wanted to be able to hold webinars 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and not have to physically be present during the playing of the webinar. In addition to that on-demand webinar experience for our patients, we wanted to appear as if we were participating in real time on that webinar for our prospects. So those were the two main reasons why we chose WebinarJam. Onboarding and integrating WebinarJam was a medium effort for myself and the company. It was a self-service tool in which I did the work to onboard the program and the webinar system into our existing platform. So there were times when I found it very difficult, other parts that were easy. Overall, I'd rank it a medium effort. If you're considering using an onboarding WebinarJam, I think it's important to have some technical expertise and an ability to really set aside some time and make sure that you are creating the webinars in a way that they do really appear live, that you have plenty of time to upload your video and to also to test the system. If you're someone who doesn't have much technical expertise or gets confused about that, then WebinarJam may not be the best fit.
