ADDA vs Mi Property Portal: Which is a better fit?

The installation was quite a simple and easy with excellent support from ADDA implementation team, particularly thanks to Mr. Bharat for his incredible support and quick resolution of the issues.

There is no option to pay rent online through this app. They can include this feature.

Support is good and the way it structure on accounting and invoicing bills are good. Need to improve in bank and cash section.

The system hangs quite often during the regular use of the software and automatically logs out. The software shows an error in browsing while pulling the receipts from the Mollak system.

Highly recommended for its simplicity and strong backing by a knowledgeable team.

In the invoice overall due is showing. Some residents gets confused.

I used to dislike the UI of the App but with the latest update, they have rolled in a new extremely user-friendly UI.

I love the prospective tenant that they fill out application, schedule viewings then write the lease all super easy to use. Automatic rent payments work perfectly everytime.

The system can be difficult to navigate at times. Some of the reports, invoices, etc. aren't always categorized in an orderly way which can be frustrating.

This is an organization that is very customer focused, and they do a fantastic job of implementing features that their users suggest. The application is very robust.

Too many options which make it difficult to navigate sometimes but I guess different clients have different options needed.

The turnaround times are great when it comes to customer service and getting issues addressed which is highly appreciated during pressing times. Overall a pleasant experience so far.

It's sometimes not very forgiving. It's sometimes hard to correct a mistake you made.
