Designed to help enterprises grow, and boost productivity across various departments, StoryXpress powers some of the biggest brands in the world, including Target, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon.
The pure creativity of Animaker makes presentations and learning fun. All of the features and animation options are endless and make presenting and teaching new information fun.
I tried communicating with the team because I was displeased with the service.
It was very good, i am not a designer but i can create pretty good video by my self, save cost and easy to use.
If you add more characters (more than 4), there is an error message saying that it would hinder the quality of the video.
I really love the actions of the animations, like we can move a character from one point to another. It makes my animation lively and fun.
It isn't removed as advertized. I couldn't use the product and immediately asked for a refund where I was subjected with increasing insulting responses where they would not respond to my concerns.
What I love the most is Customer Service/Support. They are very helpful and ready to help.
My experience with Animaker has been horrible. I will not only not use this product, I will recommend that others not use it either.
Overall the experience has been positive. The service has been largely reliable and easy to use and there have been improvements since buying into it, so that's good to see.
And I end up having to record everything again. This, so far, is the only really bad thing I can see on the software.
It is a great alternative to Loom, I like that you can make it look like a landing page and customize the looks etc. Also great you can download, and embedded, very great features.
I've lost videos that never uploaded to my dashboard about 4 times. All 4 times the internet was being dodgey though.
The upload time is pretty quick and the ability to brand your video page and CNAME it is awesome as well. There are other things like CTAs and banners that you can add to spruce up your final product.
Functionality issues with VPNs, stability uploading video, some other lack of features.
Great support and perfect platform for creating, editing and sharing videos with ease.
It was advertised with features (no branding/blurring etc.) that don't exist and it is often quite buggy.
Lora: I'm Lora. I'm a career coach in the professional services industry. Today I'm going to review the Animaker video software. I give it a rating of four. The business problem that I solve using Animaker video software is that in my communications with my customers, I have to repeat the same information and it's quite a bit of detail. The best thing that I could think of was to put together a cartoon that I could use to explain all of those details and direct my new customers and clients over to see that, and Animaker's video software helped me do that. What I like most about using Animaker video software is that it was free to start, so I got a really good connection with it, understanding how I was going to use it and explain my story, and then I was able to just do a simple upgrade, very inexpensive, and got quite a few more details, a lot of actions from the different characters I was able to build and even building customized characters. Now it tells my story for me and I don't have to repeat myself. What I dislike about Animaker is that the menu system is not very user-friendly. Once you get finished with your video, you have one selection which is to download. Once it downloads, you then get an email that tells you that your video is downloaded and gives you a link. Once you click on that link, it takes you to another screen of your video and your option again is download or to share with social media. I think it would be better if the first download was compiled for download. That way we would know that we're actually not hitting our download at this point. We could still go back and make an edit before we do our final download.
Anthony R.: Hi, I'm Anthony. I'm a owner of a web design company, and I give StoryXpress a five out of five. Primarily, I use Loom for a lot of my video recording and sending to customers and clients to be able to help them with web design. And it just wasn't really getting the type of quality that I need it for. So that's why I switched over. I picked StoryXpress express for multiple reasons. They're really similar with a lot of the other competitors that I was using as far as communicating with clients and with customers, but the white-label branding was a lot better to use. They're continually expanding with a lot of their features, which I get regular updates on, and overall their support's really, really useful in those circumstances that I just needed a little bit of help. So we're really happy with StoryXpress. So onboarding and integration, as far as StoryXpress is concerned, was really easy. I didn't really have hardly any setup. They just make it so simple just by installing certain extensions for your browsers. And they allow offline and online support, as far as the video formatting. It is just really easy to get initially set up. I'm a one-man team, and so I really have to rely on the simplicity and being able to manage these type of resources effectively in my operations, and it just integrated flawlessly within my business. For me, StoryXpress is definitely something that I would recommend. I went through a lot of different variations of seeing what tools would work for my business and what wouldn't. I really decided with StoryXpress, ultimately, just because of both, it's more cost-effective for my business model and the use of it was just so much easier. So I'd encourage anyone just to see what's out there. Look at the competitors and see what fits your business model, but for me, it was StoryXpress.
