It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorization and recycling of evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere.
Frequents failures to post to Twitter, inability to export content library, and lack of 2-way alerts to clients re: post approval comments can be frustrating.

There is currently a technical problem with the Twitter API and Crowdfire hasn't been able to do the Twitter stuff for 2 days. If that doesn't get sorted out, Crowdfire will be useless for me.
Crowdfire has excellent post scheduling and I love the fact that their best time option is very very effective in driving more engagement for a brand than any other.
I had my business page set wrong so I was only able to post to my personal page but that was user error and not related to the software.
The software appears to have pretty nice features for those who use Twitter's platform with the ability to follow and unfollow as well as track where your followers are from.
I eventually became frustrated at the lack of content that was appropriate for my business and stepped away. I will try it again in the future to see if there is more relevant content.
Very easy setup, a chatbot guides you through everything. I like that it can auto-post at the best times for each social network.

Lacey: My name is Lacey and I am with Naughty Lacey. We're a small company and we would give Crowdfire a rating of five out of five. I use Crowdfire on a day-to-day basis for posting on Instagram and Facebook, and I'm able to monitor my likes and interactions and comments and stuff from people, so that's helpful, very much. I believe what I like most about Crowdfire is the ability to cross post from within that one spot and schedule it and know the best times to schedule it, I guess allow them to do it for you. So the posting and cross-posting. The only thing I don't like about it is that it starts costing more and more for more accounts to be monitored in your social media. Two come standard and free but then after that, it starts costing per account.
