Cloud Campaign is the infrastructure for growing agencies and software companies offering social media management to drive more revenue.
Any individual, professional, brand or business which is present on social media and wants to maintain and manage its presence efficiently.
It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorization and recycling of evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere.
Frequents failures to post to Twitter, inability to export content library, and lack of 2-way alerts to clients re: post approval comments can be frustrating.
I love that you can integrate different platforms and schedules. I think it's very useful that our clients can access it with ease and it flows very well.
As an agency, I have to pay $200/month or so for 5 client accounts...even though I'm really only using 1 right now.
Cloud Campaign is an easy to use, yet powerful tool. I was sold on their customer engagement and was happy their product was just as good.
Posting videos is sometimes a challenge. Also, I don't like that it frequently disconnects our accounts.
I love the features and ease of use. Some of the features I love - that you can build a graphic within Canva from within the program.
The onboarding process can be a little tricky if you don't do it often.
I love being able to community management all the channels from one place. I love being able to schedule Stories AND turn down the opacity to make tagging invisible -- GREAT idea.
An absolute waste of time and total frustration. You know it takes many hours for anything to come full circle to see if this type of a program works and when it does nothing...its the worst.
Support is stellar, period. Regarding my integration need mentioned above, it was like having friends trying to help me out and that was an awesome experience.
Its the worst false sense of security quite frankly to think something you pay fr actually does its job. Its crazy how people can sell this as non open siource product...this is a total WIP.
It was really easy to connect SocialBu with the social media channels I help manage. What drew me to trying it out was the ability to schedule Instagram Stories, everything else was a great bonus.
When setting up accounts it can be frustrated because the software demands a lot from instgram but doesn't communicate quickly enough before changing the access code.
But if you have great CS, that's what keeps the customers loyal and I'm happy that SocialBu's team answers my questions in a timely manner.
Their recycle feature alone makes them stand out from the rest and the number of accounts you can connect with their cheapest plan is more than what others are offering.
Speaker 1: My name is Mehmet. I am working for [inaudible 00:00:07] website, [inaudible 00:00:09]. I am working as a product manager and also editor. My point for SocialBu is 4/5. We use SocialBu every day for several times. I can't say that we use SocialBu all day. Mainly, we integrated social boo via web hooks to our contact management system so our editors can schedule social media posts directly from our CMS by using the web hook integration of SocialBu. We like mostly the web hook integration, as I said before. We use and we choose the SocialBu because of its web hook integration briefly, I can say. Not dislike, but once it was possible to schedule Instagram stories, but now we cannot. Maybe if it comes again, it'll be better.
