Cloud Campaign vs Vista Social: Which is a better fit?

It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorization and recycling of evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere.

Frequents failures to post to Twitter, inability to export content library, and lack of 2-way alerts to clients re: post approval comments can be frustrating.

I love that you can integrate different platforms and schedules. I think it's very useful that our clients can access it with ease and it flows very well.

Cloud Campaign is an easy to use, yet powerful tool. I was sold on their customer engagement and was happy their product was just as good.

Posting videos is sometimes a challenge. Also, I don't like that it frequently disconnects our accounts.

I love the features and ease of use. Some of the features I love - that you can build a graphic within Canva from within the program.

The onboarding process can be a little tricky if you don't do it often.

Love the AI assistant to create captions for posts, quite innovative. The “listeners” are super useful for a community manager to monitor relevant conversations.

The only thing I disliked was that the images in the calendar appeared so small that I could not see, at a glance, which image was scheduled to go out.

This is great also considering that the price is competitive. An absolute highlight of this tool for me is the automatic suggestion of trending sounds.
