Since I don't know how to code much, I was a little scared to use Boozang at first. The thing that helped me a lot was the documentation and the videos available, mostly the Udemy course.
Many great features that simplify the day to day like of an automation engineer, from test design, to implementation, reporting and root cause analysis.
The tool is good and very helpful if you want to perform end to end API testing of your application. It supports both REST as well as SOAP protocol while creating a project which is under test.
Performance issues, sometimes it is difficult to find if a request was sent. Compiling errors before running should be inbuild for groovy scripting.
It is free to use tool which has been leveraged by our project and has been helping us to automate API tests. It helps with debugging of the APIs since it supports REST and SOAP troubleshooting.
The file selection and management seems really dated and can be very annoying to navigate sometimes.
My overall experience using this software is very good as I am highly satisfied with the features that this tool provides while testing any backend application.
All the features of SOAP UI are not free which restricts me to explore further possibilities of testing with it.
I also loved good collaboration features, especially scripts repository available in paid version.
Its difficult for a new user to start using this tool and find exactly the option they need to match the requirements of the system.
