Dynamic Pricing is a great and modern platform by Omnia that helps you to increase your sales by updating prices. I recommend this app to minor retailers, it's great for that.
On the con side we see some issues in scale - >50k Products are difficult to handle.
The SW is easy to implement and setup - allows great flexibility in the pricing strategy and generally works really well. Important to mention is the great and helpful customer support.
Unfortunately this app wasn't what we needed when the company started to grow at gigantic steps.
Omnia have good combination of powerful softwares and customer orientation. They are able to solve any issues you may come across.
I used Dynamic Pricing by Omnia when my company was starting. It was a great journey ad I recommend it 100.
Combine this with excellent customization possibilities and a very flexible solution including standard, easy to get started set-up with advanced rules and monitoring capabilities - you have a winner.
Some of this is our own fault with bad data, but should still have a fix to this, when I could imagine other businesses also struggle with the same.
RePrice have developed a very good product, and are always open to our suggestions and new features. Excellent company all over.
Sometimes google matching of products is missing, because we have the wrong EAN number or the competitors dont use google shopping.
New possibilities emerge the more we learn of what Reprice could help us with. Very happy with the communication which has been key in our partnership.
Our biggest issue is not an issue with reprice, but instead its a general problem of mathcing products with competitors.
