The reports and statistics are very comprehensive and whenever we have had any queries the customer service has been outstanding with fast responses and resolutions.
The only complaint would be that during the trial we could only send 100 emails, which actually is understandable.
Each student has access to their own information which they can update health changes so instructors are aware of any changes. Support help and guidance from culture has been outstanding.
The app itself has fairly limited options, particularly when customising events and selecting attendees etc.
Since we started using Coacha the system has been upgraded so many time with fantastic new features. The customer service is fantastic and we wouldn't be without the system.
With some staff being less knowledgeable with technology we don't want staff to make changes by mistake.

The newsfeed is a great asset - being such a succinct and direct channel of communication that is admin low and very effective.
It's still in its early days of development so some features arnt yet finished. No worries though as these are getting worked on all the time & you see what's coming.
The ability to offer subscription as a payment option is also of huge benefit to the club. There is a lot to love about this software.
It's hard to really identify things that we don't like about Hivepass.
The overall experience has been great. Any trouble shooting has been very easy and communication with the developer was always great.
This is being developed but is not yet available. We use another system which is not nearly as well integrated and takes time and manual work ie spreadsheets for summarising transactions.
