ChatBot vs Serviceform: Which is a better fit?

It's a great platform created by LiveChat, so it's for sure very reliable and functional. I like it for its social media integration, we placed the bot to our Facebook page which works great.

The obvious con for Botengine is the fact it is only useful to web visitors when they have simple complaints and is unable to handle complex customer complaint situations.

Botengine has been a lifesaver for the helpdesk department , as we work less and just focus on the most important of support needs.

This was difficult for us because one of our conferences landed in between the billing period. Therefore, it meant we would have to pay for 2 months of the program when we only needed it for one.

I like how the bot flow was easy to set up and develop. And also the dashboard looks good and user friendly for some beginner.

There are some limitations depending on your plan, but overall there's very little to dislike. I can't find things that disturb me.

The price and the quality are in a good a good balance. The customer service at Serviceform is extraordinarily good, and I get answers always really quickly.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few leads who may put in wrong email addresses or phone numbers, which is time lost for the agents during qualification.

Good application for business as it is easy to use and user friendly interface and booking and making appointments are easy.

Currently the issue was that the messages were sent too early and customers couldn't finish their sentences. Problem has been fixed though.

Overall I'd recommend their service to anyone. Good product, Really Good customer Support from assigned account managers.

Adding emojis to the lead bar is a bit difficult.

I really like using Serviceform. We have been happy with the product.

Although it is fairly easy to make changes to the bots, it still requires a lot of logic. And sometimes it means that if you do changes on your own, it may go wrong.
