Flexible software and easy/intuitive to use with great deliverability score. Amazing reporting features and outstanding support from the MassMailer tech team.
It seems difficult to use at first. We have some problems with sending things out sometimes.
Love the reporting abilities, also love that it creates a record for each recipient when the open or click through to a link.
Limited email formatting as well as lack of "cc" feature that would allow extra visibility of cc'd contacts for the main recipient.

There needs to be some type of animation or on-screen notification that the email address is/will be validated. As it stands, you only see the “pass or fail” after you leave the field.

Currently, there is no integration for Acumatica ERP and CRM.
