BILL (NYSE: BILL) is a leader in financial automation software for small and midsize businesses. We are dedicated to automating the future of finance so businesses can thrive.
I love Fivestars because it's SO easy to use. All of my favorite places have fivestars at checkout and it's so easy to enter your phone number linked to your account.
Somewhat pricey for a small business. Some customers complain about losing reward points due to lack of notifications.
It gives us great and immediate access to our best and most loyal customers. The automated system does a great job of creating return business.
The app is little confused and sometimes in my device lagged.
I like the fact that SumUp makes it easy for small business to accept card payments and also allows for the creation of a basic website which is perfect for small craft businesses like mind.
Sometimes it can be difficult to reach customer support and the chatbot is useless.
I enjoy this app the service is amazing and I complete trust this app it has been a big help.
One thing I do dislike about this app is that I am not able to link a new business. When I sign into another device it does not transfer my coupons over to my new account.
Great product, terrific price. I would highly recommend the product to anyone looking for this type of software.
Customer service is terrible. If you have problems you will need to wait at least a day or two after making an online appointment.
I love the ability for managers to view and approve payments online. Faster, easier, and more organized than submitting paper invoices for approval (and better for the environment!).
The support is terrible. Answers are basically "ya, you can't do that.
Its automation of financial tasks, robust reporting capabilities and integration with popular accounting software has greatly improved our financial processes.
My experience has me looking at the competitors as they seem to be struggling to keep this company together.
I love the ease of using and setting up this system to ensure timely payments for myself from other sponsors and companies.
I have found multiple invoices matched to the wrong vendors and how to find these is a nightmare.
Michael: Hi, this is Michael I'm president of a tour company, I give FiveStars four stars. For more reviews like this click down below. Before I found FiveStars I was using Square, Square Payments, as my onsite payment processor, and it worked okay, I thought it was a little bit limited in its functionality, but the one thing I didn't like about it is you it didn't have a rewards or a promotional aspect to it. I chose FiveStars basically because I saw the great opportunity in marketing directly to my customers, gathering phone numbers, and setting up a reward/marketing promotion program with FiveStars that I couldn't ease with my previous application. It was real easy to onboard FiveStars, the websites really good, the apps really intuitive, and they also have really good support available on the website, so I really didn't have any problem onboarding. I think it'd be easy for anybody. I would recommend anybody considering FiveStars to go ahead and give it a try, it's risk free, and it's just really an invaluable tool as far as gaining customer phone numbers and emails, and it's a great marketing tool for a small business, basically.
Thomas Z.: Hi, my name is Tommy. I am a controller at Hall. We are in the transportation industry. We started out staffing CDL truck drivers. We had hundreds of drivers and now we're getting more into the software space. Right now, we've got about eight employees, and I give BILL a five out five. So I've used MineralTree in the past. It's very clunky. It's a bit more expensive and more archaic. It wasn't as simple to set up as BILL has been. BILL has seamless integrations to our QuickBooks Online that makes paying bills and sending out invoices extremely easy. Integrating BILL to our company and QuickBooks and our other softwares took 30 minutes. It was really easy, a step-by-step guide, and we were able to knock it out with a small team. Recommendations that I'd have for BILL is just understand all the capabilities that it has. You might be looking at BILL just to pay your bills in your AP department, but check it out for sending out invoices or even having your contractors send you invoices to make it easier for them.
