And on that note, Portals is a great feature too for granting larger scale access to assets. Lastly, customer service is superb and engaged, and genuinely seems to care about your issues.
My only real complaint at the moment is that the portals are not optimized for mobile browsing.
They're super transparency about their maintenance time too, which we really appreciate. We especially love the folder sharing option or having a client directly upload photos to our folder.
It should be able to search within all folders even if you have one folder selected. This has confused people in the past.
The ability to create collections is great as a function separate from the browser, so you can assemble assets into your own custom groups without needing to duplicate assets or create folders.
I found the initial plan/purchase options a little confusing, as far as how many seats we got for how much money.
It is also a great solution for people who want to have all their files online, organized and with easy access at any time and anywhere.

I love the workflows and granular data you can dig into with Hubspot. It makes marketing tasks very exciting and fun to design.
Does not have integration with Microsoft ads so tracking the performance of search ads in Bing is difficult. Most landing page templates are ugly and hard to configure.

For the non advanced/experienced users, some features can be confusing, also, we had some problems with email delivery. Pricing for Brazil is extremely high, due to currency exchange.

Analytics tracking and lead capture are super easy to use and implement. I find the reporting on communication and reading analytics super useful and impactful in strategic planning.

We use HubSpot for storing our contacts, our clients contacts, information, and also for marketing emails. It is user-friendly, and it's very easy to use, very intuitive, and it's just so simple to use. You don't really need any training. You get to just go around, learn it in five minutes. I can't think of anything really. Actually, I'm thinking a bit more about what I like about HubSpot because of the support is really, really very helpful, very fast and very right to the point. And also as for the deliverability, because we have used other marketing platform as well, but compared to HubSpot, the deliverability is much higher in HubSpot.
