The ease of use & the linking options available across all the different modules is fantastic. There's real detail behind everything on offer with good customization options.
If click on a shared image, the whole program hiding. My company doesn't pay for slack yet, so we often loose our messages.
The features are great and their roadmap is exciting. The customer service has been pretty great.
I did have a little struggle with the mobile app itself.
Super robust and expanding API allows for full integration with other SaaS. Support is AMAZING and super open to recommendations.
What's missing is a Client Portal. One of the most critical features for any Business Management Software.
I've tried so many Business Management systems in my 10 years of Business and none have been so close to a perfect fit as Flowlu. It is an unbelievably amazing system I am so excited.
Flowlu doesn't have a client portal - which is what is really preventing it from doing all the things I need. So I can't use it to onboard new clients or communicate with existing ones.
It has a range of powerful features that make it easy to create and manage complex projects. It has a great set of reporting tools that allow you to easily generate reports to track progress.
My only negative regarding this software is that it's costly.
I am about to use this software for creating reports and thankful that their customer support is very eager to help me so I can do my project and be familiar on the features of the software.
The disadvantage that I see with this software is that it requires an additional license to the Office suite. This should be in the general package.
This helps me in making simple looking data into much more creative and attractive and it looks great at visualising. Easy to use and simple user-interface.
Customization is poor and the process of the license is too much.
Use simple, the function is powerful, rich project template, can help the team to solve the examination and approval, newsletters, manage a lot of work.
Simple error in typing the dates or days of activities can lead to complications if not caught immediately.
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Terence. I'm the owner of Hello There Photography, and I would give Flowlu a five out of five. So before I was using Flowlu, I was using Excel to track all my client data. It worked fine for the most part, but the disadvantage of using Excel is that it does not keep a record of the changes I've made to client information, and it doesn't integrate invoices into my Excel documents. So that's why I started looking for another CRM, and Flowlu came into play. I actually tried Flowlu a couple years back and I did enjoy it, but I was also trying a bunch of other CRM systems at the time. So I actually switched over to another CRM software called Studio Ninja, which I tried for a little bit. But then, after COVID hit, it got quite expensive considering there wasn't much revenue coming in during COVID. So that's when I looked at Flowlu, and it had the option of a one-time purchase, which allowed me to spend more time exploring it and checking it out, and that's why I chose it and decided to stick with it. So starting with Flowlu was pretty straightforward. There were a few things, and I think with most CRM systems there's going to be a bit of a learning curve to figure things out. Overall though, I think Flowlu was pretty easy to set up for someone that doesn't really... I'm not very good with the online software. So yeah, it was relatively easy to figure out and sort out. And I know there's more that I'm not using. So if I took the time to research it and to figure it out, I think I could use it for more of its potential for my business. For someone that is looking to get a CRM system into the photography industry like I am in, I definitely highly recommend Flowlu just because for the price it does a great job with keeping track of your clients. There are still some limitations as of right now, as in I cannot generate and send contracts, but that is on the road map soon, and it's great that they have that organized together, and a lot of people can actually vote for what they want to see. So overall, I definitely recommend Flowlu.
Karan S.: Hi, my name is Karan. I'm currently working as a consultant in a cybersecurity consulting company. I would like to rate MS Project as a rating of four out of five. Prior to using a Microsoft Project, I was using another tool, which is called Planner, which is kind of the web interface based tool. The problems which I was really facing with that tool was that it was about the functionalities. It didn't really have a lot of advanced and modern features as what my MS Project has and MS Project is more widely acceptable across different companies and that's why I'm planning to use that. I'm using Microsoft Project more efficiently right now because the way the information is organized in this tool is much more modern and it's more user-friendly. It's more easy to use. It's widely acceptable for different departments. Everybody's kind of used to that. It's easy to communicate through MS Project and helps achieve the work effort more easily. So bringing in Microsoft Project was not easy in the beginning because we had to provide training to all our users who have to use MS Project. It's not at first just seeing the tool could be complex, but we had to really get through the documentations and knowledge articles to understand this tool and we had to also do a lot of user communication, planning, user training and awareness for this tool to make it widely acceptable amongst all the departments and to promote the usage of this new tool across the organization. I would highly recommend if you want to start leveraging this new tool, Microsoft Project, across organization is to start looking at the licensing and cost aspect of it because licensing can be tricky. If we want to adapt to this Microsoft licensing, we really need to start planning on how to actually assign these licenses to what kind of people because not everybody should be using MS Project and the license could be expensive too. So maybe only the affiliated people who are working more towards project planning and project management this tool can be really helpful and I would also recommend [inaudible 00:02:51] to promote a lot of awareness amongst users who are going to be using to start adapting this tool through maybe brochures or email communications and also provide them training documentations at the same time so that they will start adapting to this new tool quickly and efficiently and this can be widely acceptable.
