GaragePlug vs Rapid Recon: Which is a better fit?

The most i like for this software is its an online flatform and user friendly, all of our data is safe and secure.

There is only thing that disappointed me that there is no provision for update the daily usage of vehicle which consider the exact calculations for the next service due.

Customers collabaration are very good because we can share every stage of repair by email and whatsapp, sms. This is the best software for automotive with reasonable price.

We did not have a parallel paper filing for the first two months and the implementation of Autorox was a disaster. First they did not have all commited features.

The software is best for garage. Service Reminder is a amazing which I like very much.

Second there workflow was extremely difficult and buggy. Very delayed response from support teams.

SaaS platforms, android and ios. In my opinion this software are excellent, well deep thought and design, and super responsive customer support.

Some show error due to updation, i haven't got tally export yet.

I like that this software is very easy for anyone to use and very informative, we use this daily to track the progress of our inventory and it's saved so much time in the recon process.

Found that blue Mustang that was lost in the process for 6 weeks. That's when I signed up and will never leave.

I am perfectly happy with Rapid Recon and it's mostly because of the ease of use for me.

I only use 5 or so steps consistently. But I've accidentally sent cars to the wrong step because there's only so much space to use on a cellphone.

It helps us keep track of how fast we're getting vehicles through the reconditioning process and it's been a great help in helping us keep track of where the vehicles are during the process.

It cuts down the questioning and searching for answers on each vehicle.

The reports are very helpful to assess the issues that we have in our reconditioning process. Customer support has always been very responsive and helpful.

No history of who edited each note (some get deleted and we have to start all over, with no one to ask why it happened).
