Implementing the application was a delight. We managed to accomplish what we needed to without any help from IT.
It can get costly, and licensing can be difficult to manage if you don’t go with an enterprise or server license.
The overall experience with process runner has been outstanding!!! It has done wonders for my department and for our organization.
It is also hard to include a new tab or screen.
I have personally used this application it is good for SAP automation so I recommend everyone to use it.
Licensing model was confusing but sorted out in the end.
Very positive and with additional functionalities like the DB version, it offers more options.
Adding a new screen or tab is problematic as well and need some more smoother process to it.
Their customer support staff is wonderful. For me, the after-sale service is extremely important for any product or service and it speaks volumes about the company.
I am also experiencing some data corruption issues in Quickbooks since starting to integrate with Scanwriter. I am not sure if this is contributing to the problems.
Accuracy, Speed and Ease of Use Makes ScanWriter a Winner.
This software was very hard to use for our accounting firm. It takes to long to read the document.
