N2F vs Itilite: Which is a better fit?

We started with this app one year ago now, and the opinion of all is like mine: why did we wait so long to install it. The smart scan is amazing, the app is great and easy to use, I recommend.

That was in August 2022, and until now December 2022, no communication from N2F, and unfortunately, our Germany sister company has always no access to N2F service.

Simple, easy to use, very good administration features, easily adaptable to each kind of company... it's worth the price due to all the time we save thanks to this app.

We don't agree, as the consent price (signed by contract) was 700. As we refuse to pay more, N2F stops the setting uncompleted, and stops all communication with us.

My favorite aspect is the capability to scan receipts.

While remote setting, the consultant finshed half-way of the setting, and stops for asking more extra setting fee.

And that is the starting of the nightmare. We've contacted 2 N2F salesmen , both suggested us to opt to "Advanced" level for multi-companies.

Problem comes when we opt to "Advanced" service.

A very friendly customer care and easy portal where customers have good options to explore.

I just felt that the software was lagging while changing any interface.

Shares all available options and highlights the best one according to time selected and budget. Users get to select seats for free and also get complimentary in flight meals so it is a win win.

Creating travel plan and getting approval is very easy. Support of Itilite has been really fantastic.

Difficult to make edits after the trip is created.

It's user friendly and it's very easy to create expenses for reimbursement. I like that I get instant updates about reimbursement.

May be add a interface to store webchein passes and also pay for webcheckin in app itself.
