AroFlo vs Workyard: Which is a better fit?

This product is evolving constantly, with excellent upgrades which does not cost the consumer. Overall very happy with the product and what information can be collated.

Terrible customer service, terrible prehistoric browser based product that never evolves.

We adapted Aroflo to every department's workflow and processes, and the results have been outstanding. We are now experiencing greater efficiency and connectedness across the entire company.

Xero is the financial heart of our business and our financial accuracy has been been impacted badly.

Overall experience is well above average. Great system that covers everything we need at a competitive price with excellent locally based customer support.

So if a client email address is wrong when you were talking to them you cannot change it on your phone and you have to change it when you get back to the office.

The benefits of the transition are now evident, and we are delighted with the results.

The initial set up of templates for SWMS is a bit painful but necessary to undertake.

Reporting is easy & functional. Tracking employees hours are super easy & we the GPS service provided is super functional.

The only thing I have been displeased with so far is the deactivation and reactivation of an employee.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. The program is super easy to use.

Difficulty in correcting/ adjusting time entries, particularly when an entry was missed, without sometimes voiding other entries already made.

I enjoy the ability to easily see the cost of our labor per project from a daily to quarterly view. Makes reporting hours to our payroll super easy.

The four biggest problems are. The biggest con is you can't separate two parts of the company on a laptop or iPhone view for the employee's view.

Overall I am very pleased with Workyard, I highly recommend this to all industries.

I don’t think I have anything that I dislike about Workyard yet.
