Customer support has been great as have all of the training videos. I LOVE that there are training videos for the client side AND that many features allow the admin to see what the client will see.
I am also concerned with the fact that it is all-in-one. I haven't used it long enough to know but I suspect they can not do everything well.
We appreciate the customer service especially. The free trainings to ensure we get the full benefit of the various aspects of the system are wonderful.
When I ran into odd problems, it was difficult to get help fixing them. Their FAQs were too generic.
It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I like their association with Stripe, makes it feel even safer of a program to trust my money with.
I wasn't able to make a payment because it kept prompting me to enter in a zip code when that field wasn't available. I tried 3xs but was forced to use a different form of payment, which is annoying.

It wasn't convenient for me so that's why I switched to KidKare. I decided at the end to try KidKare and then I stay with it for more than five years now because it's more convenient for me. It's easy to use, it a lot of tools that I can improve my system with my all the children that I have and it's great. It's work easy and convenient for me. To start KidKare first I, when I knew this, it was through my agency and it's super easy. So if you download the application on your computer, you go to the website and they give you a tour, how to use everything. So you're not going to be lost. So it's quicker to learn it and it's very easy. I will advise all my colleagues maybe to switch if they're looking for something convenient, easy, and not a headache to use because we have a lot of software out there. But when you find something that it go with the job that you do it's a lot better because everything is clear. And if you don't know something there was always assistant online, so they can help you with anything that you maybe don't get. But everything's pretty clear so I would advise them to get KidKare for sure.

We have used Asana and Monday, and several different CRM programs, and none of them were able to fulfill the needs that we have at our firm. We switched over to TaxDome because basically everything is one. It's everything that you need in a nutshell. I chose TaxDome for our company because it has a client portal, it has invoicing that we can do straight from one software. We're not having to switch back and forth. It also has a workflow to where we're not having to switch programs yet again. So TaxDome was just a complete... Actually, it's like having another employee, that's how I would put it. Starting with TaxDome was scary at first because I felt like there was a lot that went with it, because it has pipelines and workflows, and invoicing, and portals. But basically once you get started in the program, it becomes a lot easier to use. You just have to apply yourself, just like with anything. If you're considering getting TaxDome, I would get TaxDome. It is worth every penny that you will spend. It is like having an additional employee in your firm. It really does break down the work cycle to where it doesn't seem so overwhelming. It helps you to keep up with your clients, what's going on with them. It helps you to invoice, it helps you to email. There's communication, there's chat within this program. It's basically everything that you need. And cost effective-wise, it is very inexpensive compared to a lot of the other CRM, and if you're having to run with multiple programs, it's just definitely going to pay for TaxDome itself.
