KidKare Food Program vs QuickBooks Desktop: Which is a better fit?

Jennifer J.: Hi, my name is Jennifer and I'm an education provider and I did give KidKare five rating and for more [inaudible 00:00:07]. I switched to KidKare because it's more convenient because I used before system from [inaudible 00:00:17] department and it was too slow or sometime they don't have the flexibility to our children to get out and use. It wasn't convenient for me so that's why I switched to KidKare. I decided at the end to try KidKare and then I stay with it for more than five years now because it's more convenient for me. It's easy to use, it a lot of tools that I can improve my system with my all the children that I have and it's great. It's work easy and convenient for me. To start KidKare first I, when I knew this, it was through my agency and it's super easy. So if you download the application on your computer, you go to the website and they give you a tour, how to use everything. So you're not going to be lost. So it's quicker to learn it and it's very easy. I will advise all my colleagues maybe to switch if they're looking for something convenient, easy, and not a headache to use because we have a lot of software out there. But when you find something that it go with the job that you do it's a lot better because everything is clear. And if you don't know something there was always assistant online, so they can help you with anything that you maybe don't get. But everything's pretty clear so I would advise them to get KidKare for sure.

Kaity H.: Hi, I'm Kaity. I'm the general manager at a small company, we have less than 15 employees, and I give QuickBooks Desktop a five. We use QuickBooks Desktop for invoicing, billing, keeping track of the bills we owe everybody else. Anything that has to do with money at our company, that's what we use QuickBooks for. Keeping track of our bank accounts, that's really important. So we use it for a lot of things. I like that QuickBooks Desktop is easy to use. It's very clear. It has all the buttons. "I want to do billing." Oh, you click on the billing button. "I need to check on a customer." There's the customer button. It's very straightforward. "We need a report." There's a reports list. So it's very straightforward to use. It would be nice if QuickBooks Desktop could be linked to more specific softwares. I know we are a landscape company, so we use certain landscapes. I'm sure electricians and plumbers, they have all different softwares, and if you could link those softwares to QuickBooks, I think that would be awesome. So maybe expand who they partner with to use everybody's different softwares that they need to run their specific companies.
