RentRedi vs Innago: Which is a better fit?

Cherise G.: Hi, my name is Cherise. I am the office manager for Elevate Insurance. We sell insurance to and for multiple companies, and I give RentRedi a five out of five rating. After doing a little bit of research online, we chose RentRedi because it seemed to be the best option for our needs. We chose RentRedi because we were looking for a one-stop shop to manage our rentals. It had everything that we needed as far as property managing, collecting rent for our renters as well, screening tenants. So those are the reasons that we chose RentRedi. One of the best things about RentRedi was the onboarding process. It's very user-friendly. We had a chat assistant that helped us the whole time get ready for loading our properties and preparing for tenants to use the software as well. So we had someone holding our hand the whole time as we were setting up our RentRedi profile. I think the biggest recommendation is to utilize all of the resources that RentRedi has. It has a vast amount of resources that you can use and assistants that are on there ready to help. So use those resources and you'll be on your way.

Brandi: My name is Brandi. I am the owner of my rental property and management company. I have anywhere from one to five employees at any given point in time, and I gave Innago a five star rating. I use Innago on a day-to-day basis to track my rental property income, my outgoing expenses, to correspond with my tenants, and to just basically overall keep everything organized. It's been a great tool when it comes to tax time to be able to have everything organized and assigned to each individual property. What I like most about Innago is how it alleviates a lot of the systems that I would've had to have built in other softwares. I like that Innago is made specifically for property management, and I appreciate that because other similar softwares are made for more of small businesses that don't exactly deal with the same day-to-day things that property management does. I like how it keeps everything already structured for property management versus say, QuickBooks or something else. The only thing that I would say that I initially disliked about Innago, there's a little bit of a learning curve. If you're not used to integrating software into your business practices, you'll have a little bit of a learning curve, but you'll have that with any software. The other thing is that there are security parameters. I like to switch between different things like my laptop or my tablet or my phone, and it wants to verify that I am who I am through my phone, which is actually a good thing, but obviously if you don't have your phone on you at all times and you're going from room to room or whatever, it can feel annoying. Obviously, ultimately it's for the safety of the user.
