Chose Mosaic due to the user-friendliness as well as their customer service team and how well they work with us. Mosaic was fairly easy to onboard. Integration was also fairly easy. I think the software itself is extremely user-friendly. I would just say to give it a try. I think if there's items, if you have issues with it, their customer success team is extremely responsive and adaptable, and they'll do everything they can to assist you in your process of adapting it with your staff.
