What I liked the most in CAFLOU. It's easy to configure the campaign (project) management feature is a great help for me.
Maybe for someone can be difficult to apply processes, which are made in Caflou. It is difficult to customize the system, change the architecture and rules.
Great value for the money, very good and available support. Helps our company to be more organized, and to have all relevant data at one place, saves time.
I just miss direct connection to our bookkeeping system.

I'm glad I have found Caflou. It's a simple but comprehensive solution for our business.
The only downside is chaoticity at the beginning of use. But you get used to it quickly.
Overall, I have been very pleased and impressed with Pastel. I use it every day and it has saved me hours on our website revision process.
I was just freestyling my way through the software and that wasn't very conducive because I was dealing with other people's wages as well as my own, there's no room for error when it comes to that.
Overall Pastel is great, its easy to use, its reasonably priced. It makes you cover work efficiently, and its spreading like wildfire in all organisations.
Sometimes we get a delay before the clients browser updates but this is just a "in general" problem with developing websites/apps not something entirely specific to pastel.
A really cool way for me to keep all my feedback organized. This helps me further improve on what my costumers need.
However it has the disadvantage that we can still not fully the multi currency system using the software.
I am using Sage 50c pastel partner, its a very good accounting and human resources software because it is user friendly (typically fast and straight forward).
Clients get confused on which tasks were done and which are still being worked on, so that leads to a lot of confusion right now.
