The only thing I dislike about the product is that the transaction queue is in alphabetical order than review request date/time.
My favorite part it has a great way of helping you to build relationship with your customers by sending them emails, post card for holidays or even their favorite sport.
It could take a while to learn it, it is frustrating to get around with so many items to input.

Yola S. : Hi, I'm Yola. I am the inside sales manager at a real estate brokerage. We have 27 agents and 11 admin, and I would give Sisu a five-star rating. Before we used Sisu, we just used regular spreadsheets, and it was hard to keep everything accurate. It was hard to have the agents track accordingly. We all know that agents like to do things user-friendly. Sisu is great because they can do it right from the mobile app, and it connects with our other CRMs, and everything is integrated. So it was recommended to us from other teams that were very successful with it. We also are very involved with Tom Ferry and a bunch of other mastermind groups. Our team is highly successful, and that is something that was recommended to us. It was pretty easy. We had to learn a little bit of the new systems. The integrations were easy. Customer service has been very good, and there's a lot of different ways we can utilize Sisu. So I think it's been a smooth transition. I think Sisu is a great option for tracking your transactions and your conversations, and trying to set goals for each year for annual and monthly goals. I also think that the charts and the leaderboards really helped with competitions and just getting everybody motivated.
