OnPay is for business owners (and their advisors) who want to simplify payroll and HR with intuitive software, expert support, and the very best Quickbooks and Xero integrations.
eNETEmployer is suitable for businesses of all sizes with simple or complex payrolls. Whether you have 1 employee or 500, you can process payroll and manage employees 24/7 with our cloud-based tool.
Also, we are super thankful for Onpay's support as they are always super friendly and make sure any payroll challenges we have are resolved. Also, we really like the liabilities always balance.
The help chat is useless, the notifications are confusing, the customer service is awful. An employee logged into their app and it had another employees name.
Overall, OnPay is amazing. They have amazing customer service and always take such good care of our client's payroll needs.
The function to upload payroll data comes and disappears right before the payroll and then it takes one day to add it and then again it disappears.
We have been with OnPay for about one year now. The ease of knowing that the deductions, withdrawals, taxes etc does not have to be done by myself, is fabulous.
Sometime I suffer from OCD and if the employee misspells a street name or is inconsistent in capitalization you can't correct it or you delete all the W4 data the employee typed in.
They are very cost effective, one payment for the month that I like and excellent customer service, there is always somebody answering your call and they all are very knowledgeable.
As of right now I have yet to find a feature that my company needs that on pay dues not have.
It is comprehensive and easy to use. It is user friendly and there is great support available.
You cannot see everything but have to scroll to the right to check information then scroll to the left. Adding ridiculous lines.
They were able to take good care of my payroll for me so I could run my business with better focus on my job.
I have had trouble getting the group benefits to change, but it's more of a me problem.
I like the personal support I get with any issues I am Having and they are dealt with very quickly with my support member, she is a gem always looking out for me.
Still not clear on how to do this correctly. I also have the same problem when changing the vacation pay rate.
Customer Service has been great with Lise and so far so good with Suzet.
Unwieldy with everything in a long line, suggest a drop down box with entry fields; same for every category of employee setup; can't delete employee when there is no data involved.
Marsha: Hi, my name is Marsha. I'm an executive director, and I give OnPay four stars. For more reviews, please click the link below. We took a look at QuickBook Payroll, which was pretty awesome. I loved the customer service, it was five star. I loved the platform, it was user-friendly. The only sticking point was the price. So we also took a look at Patriot software, which was more affordable, and the customer service was still pretty good. The only drawback with that service was the fact that their customer service wasn't available after 6:00 PM. And I believe the last one after that, that we looked at, was Gusto. It was more affordable, but we didn't like the customer service because it was more chat and email. And that's a no-no, we need to talk to a live person. We chose OnPay because their trial was a great incentive. Because there are so many payroll platform services out there, and we wanted to make sure that its affordability really matched the services that we needed and we were looking for, which is the customer service. So the customer service started out really great, but it sort of fell down a little bit, as far as some of the representatives weren't familiar with their products and services. But outside of that, we were happy with them. Onboarding was really super easy at OnPay. There was a team from a welcome team member to actually setting up payroll, if we had any questions or anything. It made you feel like more than a teammate, it made you feel like you were working with family, at the beginning. Well, if you're looking for affordability, solid customer service, a great onboarding experience, then I'd say that OnPay would definitely be an option. Another good feature that we liked was their reports for payroll and for filing taxes. That was a really great feature, because you know we have to keep those records and they made that pretty easy.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
