I was most impressed with the cost of BigMarker as opposed to other solutions out there. Besides the price, I like the call to action button that I can turn on in the webinar when I am pitching.

I got BigMarker after purchasing another product called EasyWebinar. I'd had that for a couple of years. Wasn't quite ready to get into running webinars at the time and I struggled with working my way through all the tutorials and understanding how to use that particular one. When BigMarker, I came across that, the biggest thing was that it was so well established with great principle operators and did become highly recommended. But the main thing was that it integrated with another platform which was called HeySummit, so that I could start my membership. I chose BigMarker for its ease of use, it's professionalism. The principle of BigMarker, I have to say, is so receptive and helpful. Last year after I'd only been using it for three months, so I had limited experience, I did happen to... I lost my father and it was a very trying time during COVID. We had to suddenly switch to having an online funeral. And I still can't believe that the owner of BigMarker contacted me at 4:30 AM in the morning, my time, and walked me through and double and triple checked that I had all the settings correct, and helped me with lots of suggestions on the best way, with limited internet, that I could use his software, BigMarker, to be able to stream my father's funeral. So I have no hesitations in recommending and using BigMarker. It has so many available services from Evergreen, from live to on-demand, so much is built in and they've just gotten better and better since I invested in this software in 2019. When I first got BigMarker, it was a little bit nerve wracking, but their support helped me get it all sorted to integrate with the other software that I was using to be able to present a summit. And no matter what I did, it just seemed to work, which was really, really great. The back end, the dashboard of using the BigMarker as a live webinar, just works so well. Their training was great. They have videos. They have step-by-steps. And their support was always right there on the screen, under the help button. And thankfully, support was based in Singapore, so it's only an hour and a half or an hour's time difference to me here in Australia and I seem to get some great responses in minutes, most of the time. So in that respect, BigMarker I found so much easier to learn and to use almost straight out of the box. The advice I'd like to give anybody considering BigMarker is simply sign up and, and have a go. It has everything that you need from emails, for automations, every type of webinar you would like. It also has breakout rooms that you can set up now. They just keep on improving all the time. So if you are wanting to be a professional and you want reliability, great storage of all your videos that you can use elsewhere, you can download and edit and re-upload at any time, you can create your own channel so that you can use it as a standalone for your business, then I would thoroughly recommend you at least have a go and try it out and see whether the interface is one that suits you and your business.
