Dr. Jeanette D
President
5.0

Jeanette: My name is Jeanette. I'm the president of the Wellness Track LLC and I've been using Healthie and would rate it a 5. Prior to Healthie I was using Power Diary. I actually really like Power Diary too. However, it did not have the capability of tracking nutritional metrics or physiological metrics. And in my practice, I needed a EMR that would accommodate that with the client portal so that the clients could track their own metrics, body weight, body fat, height, and their nutrition. Power Diary did not do that, and Healthie fulfilled that need. I chose Healthie because it is an all-in-one platform management system. It allows me to utilize it as a EMR system for electronic medical records. I'm a doctor of physical therapy, personal trainer, and I needed to have a variety of options with my medical documentation. So I needed SOAP notes, I needed to do assessments and Healthie accomplishes that. It also allows me to customize my forms. It gives some templates that I can use for ideas. I can expand on those templates or I can create my forms and assessments from scratch myself. It's a very easy system, kind of a drop-and-drag type system. So that is very user-friendly, so I appreciate that. The other thing is that I can set up packages for my clients and I can bundle their services so that they can buy at a recurring rate for, what I do is three months, six months, and 12 months packages. So it just sets all the billing up automatically for me once I click a few options. It also allows me to do one-on-one appointments or one-time appointments. Clients can schedule their appointments online. And that's really important for me, because if I'm with clients I don't want to miss a call and then miss a person scheduling or a new client seeking services. So Healthie does scheduling, it does SOAP notes or electronic medical records. It does billing, it does packaging. And it really checks a lot of the boxes for me. In addition, it allows me to create programs for clients that are kind of do-it-yourself type programs so people can purchase a program and then I can check in on them through in-app messaging. It allows me to have some freedom because I don't always have to set appointments with clients, but it can encourage them through the messaging system. In addition, Healthie tracks metrics, which is huge. So if I want a client to track their height and their weight and then if they're on a weight loss program and they want to track their metrics weekly for weight management, they can do that themselves. They can also put in all their food choices and clients are able to put in custom meals that they do. Or I can also give feedback into their eating plan. I can look at their macronutrients and be able to identify where they might need to make adjustments. So Healthie really is an all-in-one platform that checks off a lot of boxes for a functional medicine, physical therapy, and nutrition/personal training business I have. It was really easy to get started with Healthie. I was able to download my client list from my previous EMR and then I just asked customers support to help me with uploading it into the Healthie system, which they were able to do. And then the other thing that was really nice is there were plenty of video tutorials so that I could go through the tutorials as an onboarding process. In addition, customer service was very, very good at providing support and checking in with me and they monitored my progress. And even a few months later after I was using it, I think it was about five, six months after using it, they checked in and actually did a one-on-one call with me to find out what were the things that I didn't like about it, what were the things that I was going to offer as suggestions, and then what were the things that I really liked about it. So it was really nice to see a platform seeking my feedback on how to make their system better. But as far as getting started, it was very, very easy and I appreciated that because I was doing it myself. If you would consider Healthie as kind of an all-in-one system, I would highly recommend it. There are other systems out there, but if you are interested in recording metrics with your clients, doing in-app messaging with your clients without incurring text messaging fees, if you want to do HIPAA-compliant video calls with your clients, Healthie accomplishes all of those and more. They offer a client portal, which is free to clients. They're very reasonable with their pricing. They also have an easy onboarding with tutorials so that you can learn how to do it yourself. They have a very responsive customer service team. And anytime I've had a question, they've responded within 24 hours. And then depending on the level of the question I had, they either resolved the issue in 24 hours or up to 72 hours. So they've been very responsive in that manner. I believe they still have a free trial that you can try for 14 days and kind of play around with the system as well. And if you do need an extension on that, I know that sometimes they will extend that free trial because that was me. I was trying to compare multiple platforms and they did extend the free trial for me. So they're very easy to work with, they're very easy to onboard with. And if you have questions, they're more than happy to answer those for you. So as a person trying to get started and look, these are the things that you definitely want to find in a company because it just helps the onboarding process go a lot smoother and a lot easier.

Tanner S
Account Executive
5.0

Tanner: My name is Tanner. I'm an account executive, and I would give ClinicSense a five star for sure. And for additional videos like this, check them out below. Prior to ClinicSense, we were just using a mix of tools, primarily Google Calendar, for trying to schedule appointments and trying to write down things like gift cards manually, just on a piece of paper, keeping track of totals and doing email blasts from a free Mailchimp account or something like that. So ClinicSense was great because it combined everything that you need as a massage therapy practice all into one place. You got your email, your gift cards, your services. Everything's right there where you need it. ClinicSense, one of the nice key features is the SOAP notes function. They have a nice 3D anatomical model of the human structure. So that was one of the nice differentiating factors from other massage therapy practice-specific softwares. And the notes are really simple, so when clients come back in, you know exactly what was ailing them the time before versus now. Plus, just being able to have everything all in one place, being able to manage employees as well as their calendars and schedules. And it now has a integration option with Square, so you can tie your services in with your Square portal if that's what you're using to take payments. So it's just a nice all-around software to manage a practice that's pretty lightweight. Getting started with ClinicSense is pretty straightforward. You can have the setup done within a day or an afternoon really, depending on how big your practice is and how many services you want to load in there. But it's a really walkthrough service. As soon as you sign up, they say, "Click here, fill out this, do that," and you're up and running within the day. So you don't really need much support to get it done, but they do have great customer support in general. They're always very responsive if you need any help. So if you are thinking about getting ClinicSense, I would definitely say it's well worth it, especially if you don't need something extremely technically advanced with a lot of options and features. Like I said, it's pretty a lightweight software that gives you everything you need to get your job done. The only thing that they don't have at the moment is extra third-party applications. So if you're using an email service provider like a MailChimp or an ActiveCampaign, or you need to export your data via APIs to other stuff, they don't have that functionality just yet. But those are pretty advanced features that most people don't need.
