The customer service is bad, they charge you even if they send you the incorrect equipment then refused to credit you account.

The most useful feature is instant notifications by email or text when an alarm is triggered. GPS location displays are great, and access to video clips is outstanding.
Also could not post a route larger than 20 stops, that is the limit built into Samsara, we can have routes with up to 30 stops in a day.

As someone with previous experience designing and building user interfaces, I can state that the user interface of the tablet is absolutely hideous. The basic ELD functionality is very poor.
ISAAC is a great product but i appreciate most the excellent customer service.
If driver don't feel off duty need then why should he take. But they have to take because otherwise they will get violation.
Very reliable and versatile solution. From our drivers, to our dispatchers and our safety managers are all in agreement that ISAAC is the system to use.
I can't really review the back-office features. I will say that the dispatchers don't seem to be able to be able to input orders correctly, so apparently there are problems there as well.
We moved to ISAAC for ELD solution a little less than 2 years. ISAAC is a quality solution, with great support.
It even occasionally randomly changes the driver's status without notifying the driver, resulting in FMCSA violations. The company's CSA scores have risen since switching to ISAAC.
Kathy: My name's Kathy. I am the owner operator of KT Ventures. We are an environmental kitchen solution company. I would rate Samsara with a five. Before we used Samsara, we were using another product, and I can't remember the name of it. Was very limited in its application. I had a lot of trouble connecting. One of the other franchise owners in a conversation mentioned Samsara and I gave it a try, and have been really happy since then. I started using Samsara on a personal recommendation, but before I just pulled the trigger, I also researched them online and they seemed to get great reviews, very robust. The product had what I needed for my business. So, getting started with Samsara was really easy. I placed the order, the product came. Fortunately, my son is involved in the business and he and my husband are pretty good with mechanical, so getting it loaded, getting it installed in the vehicle was not a problem at all. We've since bought other vehicles and had to transfer the product, and that's been easy as well. I would definitely recommend Samsara. I can get on it whenever I need to. My business operates 24/7, so it's really important for me at two o'clock in the morning to know where my vehicles are. There is great tutorials, there is great customer support, if I have any questions. My rep contacts me all the time to see if I need anything else, if I need additional equipment, if I need any tutorials or training. Like I said, the best thing about it is the fact that I log in and everything is there and it's very, very user-friendly. So I would definitely recommend it whether you have two cars or 10.
