Loom customers report time-savings, fewer meetings, increased prospecting success rates, and more efficient teamwork with video messaging.
Lumen5 is beneficial for any brands and businesses looking to get serious with content marketing, and with video content in particular.
Simplicity and ease of use are its two best features, the resolution is also excellent and the tools available are many and very intuitive. Best software to record screen in speed.
Instead of a long explanation that will probably get lost in translation, we can send a quick loom.
I like the ease of use- you set up a workspace within a minute and can start recording your screen or yourself. I like the branding options, and that there is a free trial.
I felt pressured to use the software (always a bad thing), and it wasn't quite clear that the trial I had signed up for wasn't the "free forever" version, but the loom business version.
I like the ease of use of Loom, the screen recording and video editing features are especially useful. The ease of sharing and integration with other tools such as Gmail and Slack are awesome.
Sometime crash during loom making. And need extensions for the other browsers.
The best thing i like about this software is that it is versatile and flexible. You can do a lot of nice work/output by using this software.
Also, I had a lot of problems starting and stopping recording. Atl SHIFT L often never worked to start recording.
I would say Lumen5 is a great source to drive the marketing team to progress. Because the resources of this tool are very useful and easy to utilize for increasing business engagement.
It really begins a pain when it does not extract the actual article from the link but extracts all other paragraphs from the link.
Lumen5 is the best video creation platform available. I feel happy and grateful to have been one of the first users in the community.
Also the inability to do voice overs takes from this software.
The workflow provides the BEST solution for rapidly producing video content. The speed at which content is produced makes this a clear winner.
As an experienced videographer it is very limited to features.
I needed to create videos with my personal style. Luxury content with music of the highest quality harmonious, cultural and inspiring.
I found this software to be non-user-friendly and difficult to use. I was not able to produce a well-done video using this tool.
Janice: Hi, I'm Janice and I'm a founder. I would rate Loom about four out of five stars and for more reviews like this, click on the link below. So, I use Loom for a screen recording function and I also use the real-time chat and real-time editing tool as well. It's really helpful when you want to communicate with your team members and you want to use a video to accompany what you wanted to showcase or demonstrate. That's really helpful. I like Loom because I think it's really reputable. I've heard about it from different content and course creators. It seems like it's a wide reach and it has a solid branding, and it feels like it's a reliable company. And it's always a live help if I have issues using the tool. There are very few things I dislike about Loom, but I would say that other tools do have other functions. I'm aware that some other tools offer annotation purposes as well, which Loom is currently unable to do so, but I think Loom is generally a really good tool if you're looking for a screen recording tool that offers the ability to work as a team, to collaborate as a team. It's really helpful that way.
Joe C.: My name is Joe and I am an account manager for a digital marketing agency. I am reviewing Lumen5 today. I'd give it a four out of five. We also explored Adobe Spark. We've used Adobe Spark for a number of other things within our company, email headers, as well as social media posts, things like that. They have a video option as well. That's one of the other ones that we explored but did not go with. There's a few reasons that we went with Lumen5. above all of them was really just the ease of use, the simplicity. My background is not heavy in video editing, but I have done some work in iMovie and things like that. But really what we were looking for and what Lumen5 as well as other companies give is a one-stop shop with templates, being able to get in there and make a video quickly and easily, and not having to have too much of a background in those things. So Lumen5, above all, the biggest thing was probably the ease of use and really the layout internally. The other video programs that we looked at or online resources were a little bit more confusing. I found Lumen5 really easy to work with and really easy and intuitive to get around inside of, changing images, changing music, changing layout, and the templates is just a huge thing. Everybody offers the templates right now, but really the ease of use has been the biggest part. It took me five minutes to figure out what was going on and how to use it and that's huge, because I'm not going back to school to learn how to do video professionally. So just lets you get it done quickly. Integration into our company, literally, it took five to 10 minutes to learn how Lumen5 works and how they do it and their layout, their operating system, if you will. So it really was that simple, and I'm pretty much the only person in my company that works on video. The integration was me learning it and being able to use it, so it was extremely quick, which I did not have that same experience with other similar products. My main recommendation to anybody looking at Lumen5 would just be, just do it, sign up. It's free sign up. They obviously have a paid option as well with more features. But yeah, if you're looking to do Instagram videos, IGTV, or a short promo video or things like that for your website, it's pretty much a no-brainer. Easy to use, dive in there, and with a free option there's really no risk, and if you'd like it, you can sign up for the paid version. So jus do it.
