I like the lay out of the software. Its pretty easy to navigate around and the overall quality of the design is nice.
Search function is sometimes laborious; difficulty refining search parameters. Inability to delete contacts that are no longer needed.
I love the flexibility of this CRM and how 99% of the program can be customized. The online help is brilliant and actually live.
You don't offered the principal problems with the companies. For example: send test mailings, send more 30 emails for campaign.

I also like the educational aspect. Lot's of how-to videos, flow charts and best practices.I am impressed how well it integrates with all other tools out there.

What I really don't like about Breakcold is the lack of a more extensive user interface customization option.
The best feature is the ability to add an unlimited number of team members, enabling them to assist with the work. M also a big fan of the stuff the founder shares.
