Allen E.: Hey, this is Allen, president of a health and rehab wellness company. And I give tawk.to a five. Prior to tawk.to, we actually had nothing on our website. We knew we had a lot of visitors coming to the website, people bouncing off. We had no way of collecting any of their contact information other than the downloadables, but we had no prompts to get the people to actually download them, so having a chatbot on our website allows them to engage into a conversation with our front desk receptionist to be able to capture their name and contact info so we can be able to follow up with them. The reason we chose tawk.to Was, honestly, it had a free plan. We wanted to be able to try something. It's easy to implement. We looked at a couple of other providers, but I had a friend who had tawk.to on their website. And I just love the way that not only are you able to put in custom prompts for each page on your website to make it a real unique user experience, it also recognizes return users, so it welcomes them back. And they just recently rolled out AI chatbot where your front desk, or whoever you have answering the chatbot, doesn't even need to be present. You can load a knowledge base in there, and it's able to answer their questions and help them out. Super easy to get started with tawk.to. You upload your avatar, you select the color scheme that you want, what the chat bubble you want. You can put in the different messages you want for your pages. And from there, you just send the code over to your web developer to install, or you install it yourself. It's super easy to get started. If you're thinking about getting tawk.to, just get it. There's a free plan. It doesn't cost you anything. You can also upgrade for them to be able to answer chats when you're not around. But honestly, you're missing a lot of engagement and opportunities on your website if you don't have some way of capturing someone who's maybe at work or busy, can't get on a phone, can't call you, and is just perusing on the website and want to be able to chat with someone.
