I liked tawk.to product which is really awesome and nice offering. Its easy to use and integration on website is very simple.
The chat notification seems delayed for 2 to 4 minutes, sometimes it keeps kicking me from the chat and the dashboard is so confusing for newbie or non-techinal people.
It loads quickly and the visitor interface is amazing and responsive. I also love the mobile version which helps me stay online even when I'm not in the office.
REsponding to someone hours after they tried to message isn't possible, and even if they leave you an email most of the time it's a missed conversation that you will never get contact to.
I love your dashboard has many tools to have the follow-up of the chat and the answers of the clients, it has very good options for the configuration and personalization of the chat.
Only incoming chat voice is a little irritating.
But with an unlimited agent, awesome reporting and emoji it is getting more and more interesting. If you need a free chat service for the unlimited user at free of cost then this is for you.

And from there, you just send the code over to your web developer to install, or you install it yourself. It's super easy to get started. If you're thinking about getting tawk.to, just get it. There's a free plan. It doesn't cost you anything. You can also upgrade for them to be able to answer chats when you're not around. But honestly, you're missing a lot of engagement and opportunities on your website if you don't have some way of capturing someone who's maybe at work or busy, can't get on a phone, can't call you, and is just perusing on the website and want to be able to chat with someone.
