The customisation of your website according to your own brand is very restricted (you are not able to use your own fonts and colours).

The filing system of your downloaded pictures is non-existent. It's hard to reuse (because it's almost impossible to find them) the same picture when you have downloaded a lot of them.
I am very impressed with the Customer Service which is always prompt, courteous and helpful. Such a change from some other organisations where one has to present the solution rather than ask for help.

I love how user-friendly it is, how easy it is to learn to use, the support team is AMAZING, and it blows all other website builders out of the water.

Weebly was fine as we were starting out, but we kind of outgrew it very quickly. I found it was very glitchy and very slow and it was just became very, very frustrating to use because we're using it on a daily basis and it was dragging out processes that should have taken half the time. We chose Snapps based on a lot of good reviews from colleagues, partners and clients, business associates. Yeah. It was based on a lot of feedback from other people. That was kind of the driving cause behind our decision. It was really, really easy getting started with Snapps much easier than other softwares we've used before. We just had to move over a lot of sites, which we did manually. But it was really no problem, actually, it was a lot easier than I'd expected. I'd recommend Snapps. It's super easy. It's the website builder for idiots to put it nicely. But at the same time, it does have a lot of extra features that allows you to take it a bit higher level as well. I love it. I use it every day and I'm very impressed with how it works and in comparison to what we're using before, you can't even compare it to be honest. It's had a big, positive impact on the way that we do business and the speed in which we do that business. And yeah, the quality of what we create as well.
