Easy to use, simple interface, ability to include scanned documents in any portion of the software is helpful for things like CHP audit.

Occasionally can get stuck when entering a lot and it wont recognize some of the drop boxes, can occasionally get hung up.

Overall very impressed with the software and the support. Easy to use and changes and updates easy.

There is currently no app for Trackit Manager (iOS or Android), which would not be an issue if the web-interface was a little more mobile-friendly.

I really love how you can manage all your needs under one roof: Tickets generated by users, Change Requests, Purchase Requests, IT Asset Management as well.

Overall great LMS program, lots of potential great customer service.

The staff at safetyloop are awesome. They are responsive and passionate and the app is reliable.

Sometimes lags when using offline, takes quite some time to load.

How easy and user friendly it is. Asset management is great and being able to upload documents is a huge positive.

Need quicker response as it is to slow to react on some problems that need attention.

Overall it was a good experience. Sensitive content hidden], one of the representatives is a great help when needed.

Track records of training, develop risk assessments, digitize work permit system, conduct weekly inspections, develop incident reports, conduct orientations via SafetyLoop, etc.

Very easy to use and as per other administrator on our Team will be a great benefit to the construction sites.

I'm more of a purple or black kind of guy. Seriously though it answers most of, if not all of my concerns and questions about paper copies, so currently I have little to complain about.
