We also needed a place were we could have an online application for new volunteers. They fill out the form, we get an email, and the info is attached either pdf or plain text on a second email. Pros Easy Setup with prompts and drop and paste info in to the fields. Its options to build your form from scratch is easy even for a novice. They even keep a record of all submissions for later review even if you delete the email notification. Even though, we use the free version, the prices are reasonable and comes with great service. Cons Using it too much can lead to a paid version, The product just works! Cons We have not had any negatives yet, and have been using Jotform sign for a few years. Since it's digital, my clients can fill out forms and sign contracts on any device. Also, I love how I am provided a copy of contracts which makes it so easy to go back to reference. Cons Unless you use a paid version, all of your forms will have the Jotform logo. Also, until you really understand the website and/or app, navigating can get confusing. For a while I didn't know how to obtain the "sign docs" because I was only able to view my forms.
