Gymex Club Management Software vs Kilo: Which is a better fit?

They have the best customer support. Because of this outstanding experience I have taken this software for my second center as well.

There were times when I had trouble with my gym clients.

They are always available to answer any questions I have and help me resolve any issues I encounter. Overall I enjoyed every bit of this software.

We use Gymex software in our daily club management operations there are no such cons in Gymex.

My experience with them is overall very good. They always help me out if I face any difficulty.

The best part is they add new features according to market trends. I personally like their request approval & automated follow up alerts features the most.

But I am happy to report Kilo’s customer service is absolutely superior: they are incredibly kind, responsive, and altogether thorough without overwhelming or confusing me.

Often times I’ll send a text and it’ll still appear in the text box after i send it. The pipelines are confusing, i visual of the web of pipelines would be incredible.

This application provides affordable and effective gym management and training sessions for improved fitness.

I worked in tech support way back when, was terrible at my job, AND I am old enough to remember the SNL skit “[sensitive content hidden], Your Company’s Computer Guy.

So far we've had an amazing experience with Kilo. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced (especially in tech).

Features on the roadmap that are coming, come much faster than anything other gym software I have used so this is a very tough question to answer.

Their customer support is great. They’ve got great automations that help with lead nurture.
