Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
My quibbles are that we have received false alarms on occasion, sometimes caused by their server agents, which have been a little flakey sometimes. Also, the pricing can be confusing.
I love its dashboarding capabilities. And that the monitoring system itself keep track of historical data providing great insight on what is happening.
It is very hard to recover the password once the person who set up the service is no longer with the organization.
Overall we are very happy with this product and all the different options offered by it. We recommend it to any IT personnel.

Inability to filter or sort scheduled tasks (especially by payload). Inability to temporary pause scheduled task.
Helps to change the serial processing and get all the benefits of parallel cloud computing. Great intuitive UI with all the needed details.
So we are suggested to use either enterprise or on-premise deployment. The question is, it's just small part of our overall architecture but either E/P services charged too much.
Very easy to use, the analytics is great option for use to optimize our code, the guarantee cron job is peace of mind to our business.
