Our primary reason for looking to leave was due to pricing, and speed of the product. When choosing a software, we ultimately chose Certn due to the customer service, the speed, the pricing of course, and truly everybody we dealt with was just fantastic. When first getting started, the implementation was simple; one of the easiest we've ever done. Certn made it incredibly easy to go behind the scenes. They created an entire branded look for us, custom URL. They even went above and beyond and created a landing page for us, for our candidates to review. So ultimately they made this incredibly, incredibly easy to just jump in and go. When looking at Certn or any background check software provider, just really do your homework. Make sure you do some references of current and previous customers. Also double check that everything you are looking in a product is really there. Definitely do some pilot testing before going live.
