Create impressive company stores, enable online product customization, integrate with your suppliers, and wow your clients with the leading commerce platform for fulfillment of branded merch and print
eCommerce platform that helps small to large sized retail outlets manage multiple customer accounts, payments, orders, inventory & store.
We have been able to secure some new business based on functionality we could not find in other highly rated e-commerce companies. All this on top of great customer service.
Liftoff's main drawback is that it can be difficult to set up, especially for non-technical users. It can take a while and be frustrating to set everything up at first.
Fulfillment workflows allow the user ease to set up unique fulfillment for specific custom fields, products, and other requirements.
It can also be frustrating for users when the software is slow, especially when dealing with large files or processing a large number of orders.
The ease of use from both an admin/support role and from the end user role. The UI/UX experience is hands down one of the best out there.
For example, if I need to hide features or change the checkout flow, I'm limited to what can be done with CSS and JS. Looking forward to a more headless approach.
It has completely transformed my company, and I heartily endorse it to other eCommerce companies seeking to improve productivity.
Another drawback is that the software does not provide my customers with a large selection of shipping options; for some customers who want more choices, this can be a problem.
The best of WooCommerce is it helps me to see my insight quarterly, monthly, or even yearly. Also, WooCommerce allows me to send a note to my customer with order notification best feature.
The worst is when a update happens and then you have to go and find out all the issues that were caused and have to go back and figure out how to fix them.
And you have a lot of complementary plugins that works perfectly. You can have a really nice E-commerce website thanks to WooCommerce.
The setup process is really confusing and clunky, and those new to WordPress etc will certainly struggle.
This solution is highly customizable in comparison to other SaaS solution, easy to get and installgreat community to ask for help, many extensions to improve its capabilities.
WooCommerce has so many external extensions that are poorly coded, with so much bloats. This sometimes break your site may cause it to crash.
The fact that it is free is the biggest advantage it has over other applications. It helps small companies look like big Enterprises.
The only thing I dislike about WooCommerce is that it does not seem possible to add multiple images to a product listing. Of, if this option is available, it's not intuitive.
Michael P.: My name is Michael. I'm a small business owner. I'm giving WooCommerce a five out of five. For more reviews, click below. Before using WooCommerce, we had just started up our business and had been doing everything by hand, all orders, just coming in directly to us. Obviously that's not sustainable as you scale up and you get more orders. WooCommerce makes it super easy to manage all your inventory and orders coming through. Super simple platform to use and has a lot of great features that can really make your small business firing on all cylinders. Love WooCommerce ... it really made my life a lot easier. We chose WooCommerce first and foremost because it integrates extremely well with the WordPress site. The site that I have for my business is made all with WordPress. It's definitely the number one platform if you are building an online shop. The features are super rich. You can do a ton of different things with WooCommerce. I like it because it's really easy to track inventory. When somebody places an order, you get an email. It shows up right in your queue. It shows exactly what they ordered and what you need to get to them. Super easy to use both on my end, as the business owner, and also integrating it into the website. It also offers a lot of third party integration. If you're using other apps and software, it's super user friendly on that front, as well as for customers who might be placing orders. The whole process just makes your business really streamlined and easy to use for online orders. Prior to having this WordPress website, I didn't have any experience with WooCommerce. A small learning curve, especially if you're trying to utilize all the different features that you can have with WooCommerce. However, very simple to get started, especially if you just want to create a basic online store. Really easy to get going with it. As you get into it more, you may need to do a little bit of research here and there, or get some help from the WooCommerce team, which is very friendly and quick with responses, but nothing too crazy to get going with it. Again, just very easy, very simple overall. I would highly recommend WooCommerce for anybody who has an online store or wants an online store, especially if you have a WordPress website. This thing is definitely made to work extremely well with WordPress. If you have a WordPress website, definitely going to go ahead and say that you need to have WooCommerce as your main hub for online orders and for your store. I wouldn't hesitate at all. I would definitely recommend getting it going. It's super easy to use and can pretty much do everything you might need to get your online business going.
