Interface is very good and the way data is displayed is excellent. Automated screenshots every 3 mins is a very good feature.
There's no lie, just facts: you will confront your time spent actually working and procrastinating. And it's worse than it sounds: you are not working with quality.
As for customer support, it is great so far as well as the quality of service. I also have to mention that some of the features provided are also very impressive and interesting.
Might put a negative effect on employees when all of their activities are tracked and recorded.

The automatic time tracking is awesome, I move between many different projects throughout the day and not having to clock in and out is great.
No option to manually assign URLs that have not been recorded on the tool to projects but from my understanding, this feature is coming soon.
I am a big fan of the Clockk application, the team behind it (who are super responsive and seem like great people), the insights I get from the product and overall service Clockk provides.
With Clockk there is no hitting a button to track your time. It just automatically knows.
