For businesses of all sizes
Designed for social neighborhoods, it is a social networking platform that helps users send private messages, track activities, and share recommendations.
It has made such an impact on a daily basis to help me stay motivated and inspired by the other entrepreneurs I can associate with.
There are some people which have negative use of facebook there are many fake ids in facebook by which sometimes harresment cases are coming.
I tried the free version and I was all love. It helped a lot with business I had that time, communication and all group features are very nice.
Too many spam and fake things on the website that it basically ruined my life.
I recommend it for medium and large companies that want to encourage better communication internally.
I hate that you cant delete the business version easily. I need to cancel one now and it is virtually impossible.
The best feature for me was the video meetings functionality, because of the great quality of the images as well as the number of people that could be in the video call.
It has way to many notifications and it's aggravating.
The best thing is when people reach out for local help. That seems to be a huge benefit.
My experience is next door company is hell may be they can try to change name next door hell I won't recommend to contractor may be this ppl don't know how hard contractor make money to pay them.
It is a great way to get to know your city, your town, your community, your neighborhood. Connecting with those who have like minds and exploring differences, isn't that what life is about.
Guidelines are subjective and their immediate response is to ban members for a month for each violation. Not turning off comments, deleting posts, or even letting members know why.
I like that the Nextdoor app is user friendly. You can post and search for topics with ease.
Difficult to remove negative profiles from site once reported.
Nestdoor makes it so easy to keep up with everything going on in your neighborhood. Nextdoor is very safe and secure, you can trust all nextdoor members.
It’s still a struggle with the neighborhood leads. They need to work on unifying the neighborhood leads.
Hendrik V.: Hi, my name is Hendrik. I'm a co-founder and IT specialist at Cloudswork. We are a IT company implementing solutions at different companies, which truly makes you love your work. My star rating out of five is five out of five for Workplace from Meta. The prior solutions that we use were, for instance, Happio, which is a Google linked platform or a platform truly based on the Google platform and building from there, and we used Currents, which is a Google native application. The reason why we started using Workplace From Meta is that it is a application which looks like an app that everybody already knows, let's say, of course, Facebook. By using that application, the engagement within the company is really spiking. Everybody knows how the platform works, knows what to do, and therefore implementing this application is truly easy. Cool. Implementing Workplace From Meta is really easy so there is different linking abilities. For instance, with what we do, mostly is Google Workspace to integrate as your identity provider, which automatically adds your users into the platform, but it's also really easy to get it up and running. It is linking to all the applications within your application environment, and that makes it easier for both the user to use it but as well as for IT to implement it. The recommendation that I have when implementing Workplace From Meta is to really well chart out your application environment within your own company, to make sure that you cover all the integrations that are possible to truly make use of every aspect that the platform will provide you with.
Jason: Hi, my name is Jason. I am a Lieutenant. I give Nextdoor a five out of five. And for more ratings like this, please click below. In my line of work, we're always looking for new and innovative ways to engage with our community. And it's very hard to do based on varying work schedules and just the overall geographic size of our city. Nextdoor allows us to specify and tailor our communication to different neighborhoods and HOAs and parts of the city. It makes it very easy for us to connect with the people that live and work within our community. What I like best about Nextdoor is the ability to narrow and widen your communication to the entire city or to specific groups or neighborhoods within your jurisdiction. The thing I like the least about Nextdoor is pretty much the same with any social media platform. As you engage with your citizens, sometimes this can lead to some distasteful and hate-filled communication between citizens within that group. However, Nextdoor, it's very easy to set restrictions and cut off some of the threads to reduce some of that poor communication between neighbors and citizens.
