Overall Simpplr has been a great experience from first contact to implementation to launch. I expect that while we continue to build out our intranet that there will be more great things to come.
Occasionally, it can be difficult to know how to log in to Simpplr. There are multiple links that have been provided.
Even after launch, to have a representative who is thoroughly invested in the continued success of the project has been comforting and helpful.
Unfortunately, at this time Simpplr doesn't have native calendars which forced us to find a different solution to our scheduling needs.
I like the ability to customize my dashboard and the ability to collaborate with others on projects. The customer support is also excellent, and the help center is very helpful.
Too bad the vendor hasn’t yet incorporated offline access features on HulerHub.
It’s slick, and easy to make feel like it’s a part of your brand. It’s user friendly and provides us with one great place to feel part of the same environment.
There is a limitation in reporting as reports can't be exported easily. It lacks employee sirveying thus it's difficult to gather employment feedback.
It's easy to use, visually brilliant and it's constantly improving because the Huler team listening to their customers.
I have noticed some limitations when it comes to reporting and customization. My biggest complaint is that the reports cannot be exported or easily manipulated.
My overall experience is great this feature is great and easy to use time savier and best search engine to fine any software related to our need in huler hub.
Additionally, I find the labeling options for campaigns to be quite limited.

Prior using Simpplr, our company utilized primarily a shared drive on our server. We also consider some Salesforce products that would integrate directly into our candidate retention management programs, but we decided to go with Simpplr. Essentially, we decided to go with Simpplr due to the ease of use. We found that there was a lot of drag and drop options, a lot of easy coding options. And it was very basic in the sense that any level of user was able to use the full functionality. Onboarding with Simpplr was a breeze. We had several virtual visits that we did with the onboarding team. They took a little bit of time to get to know what our business was, and we were able to use their expertise and their information as far as how we should use this for our intranet in order to get it successfully onboarded and integrated into our company. If you're thinking about using Simpplr, I would definitely recommend going for it. We found that as we were researching and the other companies and providers for intranet platforms, Simpplr seemed the easiest to get ahold of from a customer service standpoint. They were able to provide tailored solutions to our company and our company size. And they've been able to integrate the platform with our already existing Microsoft accounts, which has been a huge plus.
