SurveySparrow vs AidaForm: Which is a better fit?

Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Nitin. I'm currently a student at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and I'd like to give SurveySparrow a rating of four out of five. I use SurveySparrow to send out quick surveys and collect feedback about small things like events and so on. It also helps respondents fill out the survey without dropping off because of its beautiful survey user interface. That's what I use it for. I like SurveySparrow for its user interface and its straightforward approach to UX. Everything is there where I need it, and it also makes designing the survey forms easier and very straightforward, even for a non-designer. And I also like its analysis features. I can import, I can export the data to CSV and then Google Sheets. And it also has integrations with other products. So these are things that I like about SurveySparrow. I think SurveySparrow can improve its pricing. Its pricing is not the best for small, medium businesses and startups that have just started their operations. It's just that their pricing may seem a little too costly for these small establishments.

So previously, I've tried out Jotform, Typeform, different form creators within our CRM and different softwares. And the flexibility really wasn't working for us. But the number one thing that really wasn't working for me was the clean, beautiful, bubbly kind of design of AidaForm and the way that it really makes the user click. They see a beautiful form. It's really easy for them to get through the form in a beautiful way. And there's a lot of flexibility as to how you can construct that journey for the user that's filling out the form. So the reason we chose AidaForm, it really had the full suite of what I was looking for at very much the right price point. There was a huge range of price points, and I didn't really feel I was getting the value for some of the other options. AidaForm has robust functionality, huge amount of functions. You're able to set a lot of conditional logic. You're able to put formulas into some of these fields. A lot of different things that you can do with these forms. We use it for a lot of different things. It was by far the most beautiful and attractive forms of all of the different things that I tried. And a lot of great integrations. AidaForm does have connectivity with Zapier, so I'm able to trigger things when somebody fills out one of those forms, we're sending automatic triggers and events off to other softwares that we are already using. So price point, robust functionality, by far the most beautiful forms of the many that I dove into in the rabbit hole I went into in forms, and just that connectivity that they have through Zapier. It's just a fantastic value for the money. As far as getting started with AidaForm, I've been able to send my team members in to get them to create a form. They've been able to go in and execute in a jiffy. I feel like if I gave this to my grandmother, she would be able to really quickly be able to create a form. So if you're exploring new form softwares to use for one of almost any functions within your company and with your customers, AidaForm is the one, the major contributor. Again, far more beautiful than anything else that we used, very much the right price point, huge value for the price point. And really the most user friendly by far. You can send anyone on your team right in to start using it right away.
