Business owners and professionals in the Beauty, Wellness, Fitness and Health industries.
Professional services and appointment-focused businesses looking to automate client bookings, cancellations, reminders, and payments by using the world's friendliest online scheduling software.
It's kind of easy to use for the administrator and for the user.
They over-promise and under-deliver, have lots of bugs and its constantly having errors.
Its easy to use, has a intuitive platform, useful reasorces and fast answering customer support.
Not recommended if you want to avoid worrying about bothering your clients all the time.
It looks like once you get it set up it would be good, but it's so glitchy now I have little faith we'll actually get it done.
The help to get set up is slow and painful. You run into an issue or bug every other step, and it takes someone 1/2 a day to get back to you with answers.
The best part about this software is the ease for customers to go on and book their own appointments and add to their own calendars. It also looks very nice on our Squarespace website.
The bad thing now is that I have to have 2 management softwares to control all my business.
I love that they offer numerous integrations making it super easy to get going. The help articles are truly helpful.
Their expectation is that you hire a freelancer to figure out the work-around. I found it to be too much of a "time suck" for the price.
It’s user friendly and was super easy for me to set up. Ve never had any problems and I like all the features like questionnaires.
Needless to say, I appeared very amateurish and not very professional and have lost a lot of business.
Hi, This software is better than other scheduling softwares I have used. The interface and clarity of email notifications is sharp and the functionality of the free version is excellent.
The same applies to setting availability. It can be a bit confusing when blocking off times by day.
Matthew: My name is Matthew. I'm a CPA from Strat Associates, and I give Acuity five out of five. We use Bookedin first, and we switched away from that because they kept increasing the price and it got a little too expensive, and I researched probably 10 other options before I went with Acuity. I chose Acuity because it had capabilities to connect with my Outlook calendar, so I could have everything show up in both spots, and then I could also have our clients schedule appointments directly from our website. Onboarding is very easy to get going. It was a little bit of hiccup with some of the app integrations that they had, but we were able to get going with their customer support agents. I would say for what we use it for, it works perfectly and I'd highly recommend giving it a try at least.
