It was my first experience building a website and everything worked like a charm and left me really happy with the final result.
Ve had several malfunctions with it in the past. M scared to edit and delete old information on there just because it screwed up the booking button and clients couldn’t schedule.
M extremely happy with what is offered, the ability to pick it right up with an easy to use interface, and the customer service is also high quality as wel.
There needs to be more -- and better - quality -- add-ons available. Those with terrible reviews make Wix look bad; more should be done to weed out the awful options.
Accessible to anyone who has a little interest and commitment. Enables the creation of very professional websites, with an excellent image bank and templates.
It was often crashing on customers who would try to buy online. This resulted on many loss sales or issuing discounts to clients for their “inconvenience.
I most like the program's ease of use, cost-effectiveness and the varied and sophisticated designs that are available to those who work with it it.
Absolutely awful customer service and support when things go wrong (which they do, daily).
Integrations that fit into most tech stacks. Support and customer experience teams are amazing, very friendly, and knowledgeable.
It crashes all the time and it drives me nuts that i can't set a meeting at off interval times. It has to be in 30 or 15 minute increments.
The feature that I like the best is how it sends an automated email to all participants before the meeting. This as made for our attendance on meetings to be superb.
The lack of customization on the admin side. The fact that I can't order assigned meeting queues once they have been established just seems silly.
The ease of use and integration with our systems. Have never had any reliability issues to speak of, which is great since it handles a very important function for us.
This may be a problem of how it is currently set up — but for some reason, I have to manually go and find my AE out of all of the other AEs and CSMs.
It's amazing, not only the features and functionality but also the CSM and support are super quick, helpful and know everything about it + they are really proactive which we appreciate a lot.
I dislike that Chili Piper sends reminder emails to prospects even after they've canceled the event on my calendar.
Elia: My name is [Elia 00:00:01]. I work as a sales ops analyst in the real estate industry. And my rating of Chili Piper is a five. Our company switched from Calendly and the reason we switched away from that program is because we were having trouble assigning appointments to ownership based in Salesforce. The previous program did not allow us to do that. We chose Chili Piper because of the flexibility it offered us. We really needed to route our appointments based off of Salesforce ownership and no other program allowed that. They also provided all the functionality that we found in other calendar systems on top of that, plus now provide a free option on top of the Round Robining. The onboarding for Chili Piper was a little bit more challenging than expected only because they don't use a widget, so there was engineering time involved. Once we got the engineering involved and once that was set up, after that it was very easy and you could all be done through the website. However, it does require a decent amount, at least a couple of weeks, to onboard, understand the process, and then begin assigning these calendar links out to your team. I recommend Chili Piper to anyone who's using Salesforce and uses ownership heavily to assign appointments, especially for clients that you need to round Robin across a team, but also across different ownerships based off of ownership in your CRM. I highly recommend using Chili Piper. If it's in your plans in the future, begin with Chili Piper because they offer free option and an option in between the Round Robin and the free option. And it really provides a flexibility that you have on any other calendar booking link.
