We love Hubspot first off because it is very user friendly where it needs to be while customizable so we can get exactly what we want.

Showing more dependencies and why an unconventional way of reporting data or making fields can cause bad data sets.

Our Customer Success Manager is well informed and does a great job with informing us about new features that can help improve how we use the platform.

My only complaint of note is the size of the html editor panel.

Hubspot is good if you want the simplicity of 1 central place. I will say the customer support is fantastic.

Lacking full DNS management features. Analytic data is attached to a page vs a link so failed A/B tests, and paged revised via staging lose their analytical history.

The navigation for setting up website pages is a difficult to use. For example, I was trying to change the footer on a few pages and the process was very intricate and confusing.

Ve had several malfunctions with it in the past. M scared to edit and delete old information on there just because it screwed up the booking button and clients couldn’t schedule.

There needs to be more -- and better - quality -- add-ons available. Those with terrible reviews make Wix look bad; more should be done to weed out the awful options.

Accessible to anyone who has a little interest and commitment. Enables the creation of very professional websites, with an excellent image bank and templates.

I most like the program's ease of use, cost-effectiveness and the varied and sophisticated designs that are available to those who work with it it.
