Wix vs Hibu: Which is a better fit?

It was my first experience building a website and everything worked like a charm and left me really happy with the final result.

Ve had several malfunctions with it in the past. M scared to edit and delete old information on there just because it screwed up the booking button and clients couldn’t schedule.

M extremely happy with what is offered, the ability to pick it right up with an easy to use interface, and the customer service is also high quality as wel.

There needs to be more -- and better - quality -- add-ons available. Those with terrible reviews make Wix look bad; more should be done to weed out the awful options.

Accessible to anyone who has a little interest and commitment. Enables the creation of very professional websites, with an excellent image bank and templates.

It was often crashing on customers who would try to buy online. This resulted on many loss sales or issuing discounts to clients for their “inconvenience.

I most like the program's ease of use, cost-effectiveness and the varied and sophisticated designs that are available to those who work with it it.

Absolutely awful customer service and support when things go wrong (which they do, daily).

They are always around and having the advantages of a big company when it comes to platforms and support is great and at the same time the local feeling of a smaller company.

I was shocked small businesses are buying these sites. Mo on a two year contract for a very very bad site.

We love our Hibu representative. We have had great customer service when upgrading or downgrading our services.

It is almost hard to descibe in words how bad my experience with Hibu has been.

Easy setup, easy to modify the website, social media ads are simple but effective. The website works excellent and we have had complements from our customers.

I told myself it was just a slow time and things would come back around in the spring. When I did enter the time I am usually swamped with business I was still dead.

Cost was excellent compared to our alternatives, our sales rep is excellent at his follow up.

I canceled Hibu which they made difficult. After i canceled they went back into my site and reset all my SEO settings so that i was no longer searchable.
