Clunky, old fashioned UI and UX (e.g. no drag and drop function). Little flexibility available functions, rigid.
Overall we are very happy with the tool and have rolled it out to our clients. It is very easy to use, aligned to the Project lifecycle and provides excellent reporting at all levels.
